ARE YOU DISTRESSED BY THESE EXPERIENCES?
If so, there are organizations with which you can consult. They may refer you to visit your family doctor if the experiences you describe potentially have a medical cause that should be further investigated. If your doctor is not offering a satisfactory answer, seek another medical opinion.
If your distress can be thought of as “spiritual” but not related to a specific religion, please visit the Spiritual Emergence Network. They include self-referral resources to find local people who can be of assistance to you.

If you are distressed by events that might be considered to be related to related to ghostly phenomena or psychic events (such as precognition of future events), The Rhine Center has information. They also organize regular meetings with psi experiences groups in various U.S. localities.

Paranormal Studies & Inquiry Canada (PSICAN) is a reputable, national, online-based organization that has long collected experiences and assisted people distressed by what they are experiencing.

The United Kingdom has various research organizations. I am currently ascertaining the extent to which they can assist distressed experiencers.
The Association for the Scientific Study of Anomalous Phenomena (ASSAP) actively studies spontaneous cases. There are regular meetings, training sessions for investigators, and conferences organized by ASSAP.
The Society for Psychical Research has a Spontaneous Cases Committee, but is more oriented toward research projects, and has an amazing archive and online library of its journals for its members.
The Ghost Club also investigates spontaneous case research and holds regular meetings for its members.
The Institute for Frontier Areas of Psychology and Mental Health (Institut für Grenzgebiete der Psychologie und Psychohygiene, or IGPP) has a counselling office that can assist German people distressed or curious about such experiences.
